I feel the obvious answer is to learn, share and network with other professionals in our field. But I think that for me, having the opportunity to collaborate to make our case that we are an important asset for recruitment and retention of employees, that we have a tremendous impact on the business, and that going forward we are an important strategic decision for long-term success, is the value I get out of being a part of this organization.
